Need medication? Please use the online form below to request a repeat prescription – current patients only.
Once received, your request will be reviewed and we will contact you to confirm or to discuss if required. Prescriptions can be collected from the clinic – on request, instructions will be provided – or posted. Please note that prescriptions will be posted on Tuesdays and Fridays only; those for controlled drugs will be sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, those for non-controlled drugs will be sent First Class; you do not need to sign for prescriptions posted; this will incur our standard charge for prescriptions issued between appointments, which is £17.50, as per our terms and conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient supplies of medication. If you need a prescription, please request it when you have 7 to 10 days’ supply of medication remaining.
