Need medication? Please use the form below to request a repeat prescription – for current patients only.

Once received, your prescription request will be reviewed.

We will contact you by email to confirm or to discuss if required.

Dr Gilder issues electronic prescriptions via SignatureRx.

Prescriptions for non-controlled medication (e.g. Melatonin, Guanfacine, Atomoxetine, Fluoxetine, Sertraline, Promethazine): will be sent to you by email and SMS text message.

Controlled medication (e.g. Methylphenidate, Equasym XL, Medikinet XL, Concerta XL, Lisdexamfetamine) cannot be dispensed until the pharmacist has received a signed paper prescription. The prescription can be sent to you to take to your preferred pharmacy, or to Signature Pharmacy, who will arrange for medication to be sent to you directly.

Paper prescriptions will be posted on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you need a prescription, please request it when you have 7 to 10 days’ supply of medication remaining. Please note this will incur our standard charge for prescriptions issued between appointments, which is £17.50, as per our terms and conditions.
